We were greeted with champagne upon check-in and were easily able to upgrade our room for a small fee. Hotel staff were always available and lovely to talk to. Parking was super easy. The pool was so peaceful and relaxing after walking around Duval street. 10/10 experience!

We used the gym and the pool. Both were really good. We sat at the bar one night and Sam was our bartender. She was very nice and was good at helping with local activities. However, a huge shout out to Johnny from concierge service. He went up and beyond service. Our golf cart that we rented got flooded out . He came and got us down the road and let us use his cart for the rest of the day. In general the hotel and marina was amazing!!

My fiance and I were there to celebrate our engagement and thd hotel met ALL our expectations. Shout out to Jayme and Ashwin for assisting my fiance with arranging our room for a beautiful romantic atmosphere. We will return for sure.

Not 5 , 6. 11/10. The professionalism. The courtesy & respect. The vibe, energy. Top notch. The location. The pool. Marina. From the maid service, front desk, concierge, managment, upper managment. Servers, cordial polite. I run several companies. They have IT. IDK who and how they were trained. It works n does it work amazing. The under promise & over deliver. We are coming back soon and many more times. Even the rooster was on his best behavior. How do you train a roster. Haha. We celebrated our 6 yr anniversary. If i had time i would name off every person. The thing is. Idk of any small mininal incident we had. The perry staff makes the diffrence. The amenties where the icing on the cake. No spa. They do not need it. They have perfected a larger boutique environment. Hats of to the owners who have instilled complete competnce on how to facilitate guests. Period. Great job and we thank you for the most relaxing sereal experience we had. We travel a bit for business. I would n will do business with them effortlessly. Planning on going back soon. Bringing fam and clients to rent a fishing yatch to go deep sea fishing. The place was spotless.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We spent this past weekend at The Perry Hotel to celebrate my in law's 40th Wedding anniversary. The service was spectacular! We loved Nickola as he was our server during brunch. He was very attentive and respectful! We also loved Tee who made sure we never went thirsty ! It was refreshing to sit at the bar and enjoy a keylime martini and a conversation. The room was gorgeous with a view of the pool and Marina! This was my first time and I was 100% impressed with the service and cleanliness of the resort. I'd recommend 10/10, for sure! Thank you for making our weekend special! UPDATED REVIEW: Second visit to Perry Hotel & Marina, but this time for my MIL's 70th birthday. Same experience and then some. Service is top notch. Amenities are on point. We brought our dog and found out theres a dog park on-site!! When we got home, I realized I had left some hats we bought on Duval Street. I called and the hotel not only tracked down my items, but went above and beyond to ship them to me via FedEx!

I originally booked a two-night stay at The Perry Hotel but unfortunately had an unexpected emergency and needed to change our plans. Diana at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and help with our refund. It’s rare to find this level of compassion and customer service, especially when travel plans suddenly change. Diana made a stressful situation so much easier for us, and we truly appreciated how well we were treated. Based on this experience alone, I would absolutely recommend The Perry Hotel and look forward to staying here in the future. Thank you again, Diana!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Heel goed hotel met prima service, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en mooie, luxe, ruime kamers met groot balkon. Het zwembad is mooi en eromheen meer dan voldoende ligbedden. Soms is er live muziek bij het zwembad of bij de bar. Handdoeken voor bij het zwembad leen je bij de receptie. Achter het hotel is een kleine haven, waar je ook een kleine wasserette vindt. Bij de receptie kun je hier een oplaadkaart voor krijgen. We hebben 1x ontbeten in het hotel (à la carte) en dat was prima, maar redelijk prijzig. Handig: vanaf het hotel rijdt elk heel uur een gratis shuttlebusje naar het centrum van Key West. Dat is nodig, want het hotel ligt er echt ver van af. De ligging van het hotel vind ik daarom ook niet top. Het ligt in een lelijke buurt waar niets te vinden of te doen is. Jammer. Verder waren alle fees die we per dag moesten betalen nogal hoog. Ook vinden we het raar dat we moeten betalen voor het parkeren wanneer je hotelgast bent, maar wellicht is dat iets normaals in de U.S.A.
